The City of Surrey has established the $500 Honey Hooser Scholarship to be awarded each year to a graduating post secondary arts student, or to a student with an interest in arts and crafts graduating from a senior secondary school in Surrey, or to a disabled person with an interest in arts and crafts. As well, the City has approved an annual award of $500 to the Peace Arch Weavers and Spinners Guild.
All interested persons are invited to make application for this scholarship in writing to:

Application forms may be obtained from the Legislative Services Division at Surrey City Hall, Surrey senior secondary schools, Kwantlen University College, and Surrey public libraries.
