Please note that this pilot program is for select apartment buildings only.

Several apartment buildings have been selected to participate in the City of Surrey’s Large Item Pick-Up (LIPU) Pilot Program for multi-family buildings. Buildings were selected based on several criteria, including building type, size, and location. Buildings included in the Pilot Program at this time are:

  • Ashley Court
  • Cedar Tree Village
  • Eagle Glen
  • Glen Brae
  • Kwantlen Park
  • Pacific Park Apartments
  • Ultra
  • The Wave

This Pilot Program introduces an easy and convenient way for building residents to recycle or dispose of their unwanted large items. The Pilot Program will greatly assist the City in developing a Surrey-wide approach in expanding the LIPU Program to multi-family buildings.

Schedule an Apartment Large Item Pick-Up

  1. Contact your Building/Property Manager or Designate to schedule a large item for pick-up.
