Grandview Heights NCP Area #3

The City is undertaking a land use planning process for a potential new neighbourhood in the Grandview heights area of South Surrey. This process follows a 2016 petition from local landowners and subsequent direction from Council to initiate a Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) for the area. We are now exploring how this area might develop and what it could look like in the future.
