Land Use Contract Terminations

Pursuant to Section 464.1(c) and 548 of the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, c.1, the City Council of the City of Surrey intends to terminate the following Land Use Contracts:

  • Land Use Contract No. 415 (Between 88A Avenue & 89 Avenue, and 148 Street & 149 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 54 (Between 148 Street & 149 Street, and 89 Avenue & 90 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 137 (Between 88 Avenue & 90 Avenue, and 148 Street & 150 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 368 (7016 to 7053 – 129A Street; 7019, 7029 & 7039 – 130 Street; 12974, 12984 & 12994 – 70B Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 207 (12909, 12919, 12929, 12935, 12945, 12955, 12965, and 12975 - Helston Crescent)

  • Land Use Contract No. 575 (Between 72 Avenue & 74 Avenue, and 141A Street & 143 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 576 (Between 72 Avenue & 74 Avenue, and 140 Street & 141 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 55 (Between 72A Avenue & 75 Avenue, and 140 Street & 142 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 438 (Between 128 Street & Helston Crescent, and 68 Avenue & 68A Avenue)

The Public Hearing on these Land Use Contract Terminations will be held before the Acting Mayor at Surrey City hall, 13450 – 104 Avenue on Monday, January 23, 2017, at 3:00 p.m.

City staff will be available in the Council Chamber beginning one hour prior to the meeting to address questions and concerns from affected property owners.

Owners may also contact the City by phone, email, fax or mail prior to the Public Hearing, and no later than noon on Monday, January 23, 2017.

The minutes from the Public Hearing will be received by Council at a later date, and the adoption of the Bylaw will be considered at that time.

Please note that Council may not receive further submissions concerning this application after the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
