Land Use Contract Terminations

Pursuant to Section 464.1(c) and 548 of the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, c.1, the City Council of the City of Surrey intends to terminate the following Land Use Contracts:

  • Land Use Contract No. 58 (91 Avenue between 134 Street and 135A Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 26 (Between 87A Avenue and 87B Avenue at Tulsy Crescent)
  • Land Use Contract No. 166 (8646, 8696, 8702 and 8716 - 132 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 289 (8928 to 8998 - 130B Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 224 (8814 Queen Mary Boulevard)
  • Land Use Contract No. 256 (Between Tulsy Crescent East & 88 Avenue, and 134B Street & King George Boulevard)
  • Land Use Contract No. 199 (9376, 9384, 9398 and 9402 Prince Charles Boulevard)
  • Land Use Contract No. 235 (Generally between 88 Avenue & Carluke Crescent, and 128 Street & Queen Mary Boulevard)
  • Land Use Contract No. 115 (Between 89A Avenue & 90 Avenue, and 134 Street & King George Boulevard)

  • Land Use Contract No. 154 (Between 88 Avenue & Queen Mary Boulevard, and 129 Street & 132 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 44 (Generally between Tulsy Crescent & 88 Avenue, and 132 Street & 134B Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 155 (Between 92B Avenue & 95A Avenue, and 132 Street & 133 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 170 (Generally between Huntley Avenue & 96 Avenue, and 130A Street & 132 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 140 (9400 Block of Prince Charles Boulevard)
  • Land Use Contract No. 554 (8600 Block of Tulsy Crescent and Tulsy Crescent East)

The Public Hearing on these Land Use Contract Terminations will be held before the Acting Mayor at Surrey City hall, 13450 – 104 Avenue on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 6:00 p.m.

City staff will be available in the Council Chamber beginning one hour prior to the meeting to address questions and concerns from affected property owners.

Owners may also contact the City by phone, email, fax or mail prior to the Public Hearing, and no later than noon on Tuesday, April 11, 2017.

The minutes from the Public Hearing will be received by Council at a later date, and the adoption of the Bylaw will be considered at that time.

Please note that Council may not receive further submissions concerning this application after the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
