| NOW, THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the District of Surrey, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: | ||||

| l. "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 5942, Amendment By-law, 1987, No. 9197" is hereby amended in Schedule "A", Schedule of Permitted Land Use: under "Lot 2" by deleting the words and figures "Up to 3,100 sq. metres of." | ||||

| 2. This By-law shall be cited for all purposes as "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 5942, Amendment By-law, 1987, No. 9197, Amendment By-law, 1989, 10072." | ||||
| PASSED TWO READINGS by the Municipal Council on the 23rd day of May, 1989. | ||||
| PUBLIC HEARING HELD thereon on the 26th day of June, 1989. | ||||
| READ A THIRD TIME on the 10th day of July, 1989. | ||||
| RECONSIDERED AND FINALLY ADOPTED, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, and sealed with the Corporate Seal on the 23rd day of October, 1989. | ||||
