BY-LAW NO. 11715
A by-law to amend "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 5942."

THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL of The Corporation of the District of Surrey, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l.     "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 5942," as amended, is hereby further amended, pursuant to the provisions of Section 963 of the "Municipal Act," and the classification of the following parcels of land, presently shown upon the maps designated as the "Zoning Maps" and marked as Schedule "A" under PART III of the said By-law No. 5942, is hereby amended as follows:
     (a)     FROM "SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RS)" TO "RESTRICTED SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE (R-F(R))"                                 
          All that portion of Lot 4, Section 26, Township 2, New Westminster District, Plan 2142, described as follows:
          Commencing at the northeasterly corner of the said Lot 4;
          Thence westerly, along the northerly boundary of the said Lot 4, 77.094 metres;
          Thence 180€ 27'45", 6.000 metres;
          Thence 139€ 06'00", 32.267 metres, more or less, to the northeasterly corner of Statutory Right-of-way, Plan 84695;
          Thence 168€ 33'45", along the easterly boundary of the said Statutory Right-of-way, 21.279 metres, more or less, to it's intersection with a line drawn parallel to and 42.521 metres perpendicularly distant northerly from the southerly boundary of the said Lot 4;
          Thence easterly, along the said parallel line, 52.930 metres, more or less, to it's intersection with the easterly boundary of the said Lot 4;
          Thence northerly, along the said easterly boundary of the said Lot 4, 50.867 metres, more or less, to the northeasterly corner thereof, which is the point of commencement.
          The thus described portion contains 0.322 hectares, more or less.

          All that portion of Lot 5, Section 26, Township 2, New Westminster District, Plan 2142, lying to the north of a line drawn parallel to and 42.521 metres perpendicularly distant northerly from the southerly boundary of the said Lot 5.
          The thus described land contains 1.677 hectares, more or less.
          Bearings used herein are Grid Bearings, derived from Integrated Survey Monuments 5429 and 5264.

     (b)     FROM "SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RS)" TO "HALF-ACRE RESIDENTIAL - GROSS DENSITY ZONE (R-H(G))"                                    
          All that portion of Lot 4, Section 26, Township 2, New Westminster District, Plan 2142, described as follows:
          Commencing at the southeast corner of the said Lot 4;
          Thence westerly, along the southerly boundary of the said Lot 4, 151.245 metres;
          Thence 31€ 44'29", 49.865 metres, more or less to an intersection with a line drawn parallel to and perpendicularly distant 42.521 metres northerly from the southerly boundary of the said Lot 4;
          Thence easterly, along said parallel line, 124.061 metres, more or less to it's intersection with the easterly boundary of the said Lot 4;
          Thence southerly along the said easterly boundary, 42.536 metres, more or less to the southeast corner thereof, which is the point of commencement.
          The thus described portion contains 0.585 hectares, more or less.

          All that portion of Lot 5, Section 26, Township 2, New Westminster District, Plan 2142, lying to the south of a line drawn parallel to and 42.521 metres perpendicularly distant northerly from the southerly boundary of the said Lot 5.
          The thus described portion contains 0.462 hectares, more or less.
          Bearings used herein are Grid Bearings, derived from integrated Survey Monuments 5264 and 5429.

2.     This By-law shall be cited for all purposes as "Surrey Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 5942, Amendment By-law, 1993, No. 11715."
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME on the 22nd day of February, 1993.
PUBLIC HEARING HELD thereon on the 29th day of March, 1993.
READ A THIRD TIME on the 5th day of April, 1993.
