2016 Local Road and Lane Construction

The Owner invites tenders for:

Construction of 350m of local road widening and sidewalk construction with street lighting, 200m of lane and storm sewer construction, construction of pedestrian crossing and related work with the following approximate quantities:  700 metres concrete curb; 620 square metres of concrete sidewalk and stamped concrete, 2,600 cubic metres of common excavation, 4,200 tonnes granular material, 1,000 tonnes HMA asphalt paving; 120 metres of storm sewer and assorted drainage works.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any intererested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website.  No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner.  All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City's Supplementary MMCD (updated July 11, 2016).
