Background
The Surrey Homelessness and Housing Society is a non-profit organization with a vision that everyone in Surrey has a home.  The Society was established by the City of Surrey in 2007 to oversee the management and growth of the Surrey Homelessness and Housing Fund.

Project Scope
Conduct an operational review of board governance and administrative roles and responsibilities to ensure the Society is best able to achieve its Strategic Goals.  The project shall begin with a review and summary of foundational documents including the Deed of Trust as well as interviews with up to 20 key stakeholders including all board members and staff.

Deliverables and Term of Contract
The timeline for development of this operational review commences immediately with approved quote from consultants.  Mandatory availability is required from January 12, 2015 to February 13, 2015 to conduct the operational review and attendance at a February 24th board meeting to present the draft report.
