Supplementary Specifications and Drawings can be viewed/printed from the City's ftp site. Chiller to be completed by May 21, 2010 - firm. RFQ Document for Download: Only quotations received from Contractors in attendance at the initial mandatory information meeting will be reviewed / evaluated for award. INFORMATION MEETING (MANDATORY) Contractors are required to examine the site prior to submitting a Quotation to fully acquaint themselves with all existing conditions reasonably inferable from examination of the site and its surroundings and to make allowance for such conditions in the Quotation.
