VIP Catering - Surrey 2010 Celebration Site


The VIP food service will take place within the Surrey House on an elevated 2400 sq. ft. private access deck. The Surrey House is the focal point of the Surrey 2010 Celebration Site located at Holland Park in Central Surrey, for the month of February 2010.

VIP catering may be required for 14 days commencing on February 11, 2010. Catering dates will depend on our ability to book the business hosting area to corporate groups.

A private event plan has been designed for corporate events. Clients of the Surrey House will be offered light catered fare as part of their sponsorship package, with the opportunity to expand the menu for an additional cost, should they choose.

The successful Contractor will not be expected or required to provide food service sales to the general public.

The Contractor's senior supervisor will be expected to participate in advance planning for food preparation on this event, and will be required to liaise with the event's site manager to ensure that all facilities for food storage, preparation and service are in keeping with the safety requirements outlined by Fraser Health Authority.

The Contractor will be required to supply its own kitchen and food preparation equipment.

If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City will post a written addendum on the City website and upon posting will be deemed to form part of this RFQ. Upon submitting a Quotation, Contractors will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that are posted on the City Website.
