It is important to keep your address current for property assessment and taxation purposes. The mailing address that appears on the tax and utility notice is updated through BC Assessment. Only registered owners may request a change of mailing address.

Note: Mailing address changes for all other departments must be delivered to them in writing. Please include any applicable references along with the form.
Use BC Assessment's On-line Change of Address form to process your request faster:
For Assessment Area, select Surrey/White Rock (14), for Area enter "14", and for Jurisdiction enter "326"
*The Roll Number is the same as the Folio Number on the property tax notice.
